Understand grants & concessions

First home buyers in Australia may be eligible for the First Home Owner Grant (FHOG), stamp duty concessions, and other state-specific incentives. We'll identify exactly what you qualify for and factor these into your purchasing budget.

Get pre-approved

Pre-approval gives you confidence when attending inspections and making offers. We prepare your application, submit it to the most suitable lender, and manage the process so you know exactly what you can spend.

Find your property & make an offer

Once pre-approved, you can search with confidence. When you find the right home, we'll help you understand the finance clause in your offer and ensure your timelines align with lender requirements.

Formal approval & valuation

After your offer is accepted, we convert your pre-approval to formal (unconditional) approval. The lender will order a property valuation, and we manage communications to keep everything on track for your settlement date.

Settlement & beyond

We coordinate with your conveyancer and the lender to ensure settlement happens smoothly. After you receive the keys, we schedule annual reviews to make sure your loan remains competitive as rates and your circumstances change.
